How do engagements start?

Every engagement starts with a free consultation. We review your goals, current systems, and constraints, then return a written proposal covering architecture, milestones, timeline, and cost before any work begins.
What engagement models do you support?

Three: fixed-scope projects with defined deliverables and a fixed price, dedicated teams billed monthly for ongoing product work, and retainer-based support for infrastructure, monitoring, and maintenance.
How long does a typical project take?

A focused integration or website build typically runs two to six weeks. A custom ERP or a full SaaS platform generally runs three to six months, delivered in two-week increments so you see working software throughout rather than at the end.

Can you integrate AI into an existing product?

Yes. We add retrieval-augmented generation over your own documents, natural-language search, document extraction, and agent workflows to systems already in production — including self-hosted models where data cannot leave your infrastructure.
Do you take over projects another team started?

Regularly. We begin with a code and infrastructure audit that documents what exists, what is at risk, and what it will cost to stabilise, then agree the remediation plan with you before touching anything.
Who owns the code you write?

You do. On final payment, all source code, infrastructure configuration, and documentation transfer to you in full, in your own repositories and cloud accounts. We do not hold your deployments hostage.
How do you handle security and data privacy?

Least-privilege access, secrets held in managed vaults rather than source control, encryption in transit and at rest, hardened Linux baselines, and audited deployment pipelines. For regulated data we deploy entirely inside your own cloud account or on-premise hardware.
Support and pricing
Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Support retainers cover monitoring and alerting, security patching, backups and restore drills, performance tuning, and an agreed response time for incidents. Every project ships with handover documentation whether or not you take a retainer.
What does a project cost?

Cost depends on scope, integrations, and compliance requirements. After the free consultation you receive an itemised estimate broken down by milestone, so you can adjust scope before committing rather than discovering overruns later.
Can you work with our in-house engineers?

Yes. We frequently embed alongside internal teams — pairing on delivery, setting up CI/CD and review standards, and handing over ownership progressively so your team runs the system confidently once we step back.
