By accessing futuregensystems.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website itself; specific engagements are governed by the signed proposal or agreement covering that work, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.

Services and proposals

Descriptions of services on this site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Work begins only under a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees, signed by both parties.

Estimates given before that agreement are indicative. Where scope changes during delivery, the change and its effect on cost and timeline are agreed in writing before the work proceeds.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and currency are set out in the applicable agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. We may suspend work on materially overdue accounts after written notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and marks on this website remain the property of FutureGen Systems and may not be reproduced as your own.

For client work, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the applicable agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how used to produce those deliverables, and grant a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

Confidentiality

Information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate, deliver, and support that work. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Third-party links and services

This site links to external sites and our work may integrate third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.
