Cut your cloud bill without hiring a DevOps engineer
We move your app off Vercel, AWS or GCP onto dedicated servers you own (Hetzner or similar), with deploys, backups, monitoring and a rehearsed rollback. Fixed price, one agreed weekend window, your team keeps shipping.
Sound familiar?
- Your cloud or hosting bill grew faster than your revenue, and nobody on the team owns it.
- Preview deployments, bandwidth or managed-database line items are a large share of the invoice.
- Every infrastructure change waits for the one engineer who half-understands it.
What you get
- Written migration plan and cost comparison from your real invoices
- Servers provisioned in your own provider account, with Docker and Dokploy for git-push deploys
- Database migration with a tested restore, and nightly off-site backups
- TLS, firewall, SSH hardening and security headers
- Uptime and resource monitoring with alerts to your team
- A rehearsed rollback, the old environment kept warm for 14 days, and a runbook
Not included
- Rewriting application code (if a service cannot move without a rewrite, the audit says so and it stays)
- Kubernetes clusters (we recommend them only when your scale genuinely needs one)
Pricing
- Start here
- Cost & Migration Audit · $500
- We read your last three cloud invoices and your architecture, then send a written plan: what moves, what stays, the monthly cost after, the risks, and a fixed quote. Credited in full against the migration.
- Fixed-price build
- $4,000–7,000
- Typically 1–2 weeks. Quoted from the audit, not a rate card. 50% to start, 50% at handover.
- Optional monthly management
- $500–1,000 / month
All prices in USD. Paid securely via Razorpay.
How it works
- 01
Audit
Invoices and architecture in, written plan and fixed quote out within five working days.
- 02
Build in parallel
New environment built beside the old one; nothing changes for your users yet.
- 03
Cut over
One agreed weekend window, DNS TTLs lowered in advance, rollback rehearsed.
- 04
Hand over
Runbook, credentials in your password manager, optional monthly management.
Async by default: one 30-minute kickoff, written weekly updates, no standing meetings.
Proof, not promises
We run our own products on the same stack we install for clients, and we manage production servers for research and analytics businesses today.

- How much will we save?
- It depends entirely on your bill, which is why the audit comes first. If the saving does not clearly justify the migration, the audit says so and you only pay for the audit.
- What if the cutover goes wrong?
- The old environment stays live and untouched for 14 days. Rolling back is a DNS change we rehearse before the window.
- Who owns the servers?
- You do. They sit in your provider account, billed to you. We work with scoped access you can revoke at any time.
- Do you handle incidents afterwards?
- On the optional monthly plan: monitoring, patches, backups and incident response.
